The Fifa World Cup Trophy will be displayed in the capital city of Valletta next year as part of the celebrations for Valletta 2018.
This was announced on Facebook by V18 chairman, Jason Micallef. Mr Micallef confirmed that the World Cup Trophy will be in Valletta and that this is a unique opportunity for all football fans to view the trophy before the World Cup in June 2018 in Russia.
The World Cup Trophy is going to travel to around 50 countries around the world before it makes its way to Russia. Luckily, Maltese fans will get to see the trophy next year.
